1) Úvod

Tyto zásady vysvětlují, jak na webu movela.cz zpracováváme vaše osobní údaje v souladu s Nařízením (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) a zákonem č. 110/2019 Sb., o zpracování osobních údajů.

2) Jaké údaje zpracováváme

  • Kontaktní údaje – které nám dobrovolně poskytnete (např. jméno, e-mail, telefon, obsah zprávy) v kontaktním formuláři, poptávce či při přihlášení k odběru novinek.
  • Technické a analytické údaje – IP adresa (včetně zkrácené/anonymizované podoby), typ zařízení a prohlížeče, operační systém, čas návštěvy, navštívené stránky, zdroj návštěvy.
  • Cookies a obdobné technologie – nezbytné, preferenční, analytické a marketingové (ne-nezbytné pouze s vaším souhlasem).

3) Účely a právní základy zpracování

  • Vyřízení vašeho dotazu / poptávky – oprávněný zájem správce na komunikaci a vyřízení požadavku; případně plnění smlouvy, pokud na komunikaci navazuje poskytování služby.
  • Odběr newsletteru – souhlas se zasíláním obchodních sdělení; souhlas můžete kdykoli odvolat klikem na odhlašovací odkaz v e-mailu nebo žádostí na klinika@movela.cz.
  • Analytika a zlepšování webu – oprávněný zájem na měření návštěvnosti a zajištění bezpečnosti; u marketingových/analytických cookies pak zpracování na základě souhlasu.
  • Plnění právních povinností – vedení účetních/daňových dokladů, plnění zákonných lhůt.

4) Doba uchování

  • Formuláře a korespondence: po dobu nezbytně nutnou k vyřízení + nejdéle 12 měsíců, pokud právní předpis nestanoví delší lhůtu.
  • Marketing (se souhlasem): do odvolání souhlasu.
  • Technické logy a bezpečnostní záznamy: obvykle 30–90 dní.

5) Příjemci a přenosy

Osobní údaje můžeme sdílet s pečlivě vybranými zpracovateli (např. poskytovatel hostingu, e-mailingu/newsletteru, webové analytiky, IT správy), a to vždy na základě smlouvy o zpracování a v souladu s GDPR. Údaje můžeme předat orgánům veřejné moci, vyžaduje-li to právní předpis. Přenos do třetích zemí mimo EU/EHP probíhá pouze při zajištění odpovídajících záruk (např. standardní smluvní doložky EU).

6) Cookies

Web využívá cookies. Nezbytné cookies jsou potřeba pro funkčnost webu a zpracovávají se vždy. Analytické a marketingové cookies používáme pouze na základě vašeho souhlasu. Preferenci můžete kdykoli změnit:

7) Vaše práva

Máte právo požadovat od správce:

  • přístup k osobním údajům,
  • opravu nepřesných či doplnění neúplných údajů,
  • výmaz („právo být zapomenut“), nejsou-li dány zákonné důvody pro další zpracování,
  • omezení zpracování,
  • přenositelnost údajů (pokud je právním základem souhlas nebo smlouva a zpracování je automatizované),
  • vznést námitku proti zpracování prováděnému na základě oprávněného zájmu.

Souhlas můžete kdykoli odvolat. Dále máte právo podat stížnost u Úřadu pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.cz.

8) Bezpečnost

Uplatňujeme technická a organizační opatření (šifrované přenosy, řízení přístupů, zálohování, monitoring) s cílem chránit osobní údaje před ztrátou, zneužitím či neoprávněným přístupem.

I am an experienced physiotherapist with 20 years of experience. I work empathetically and with an individual approach, I can assess, reassure and motivate patients. In order for physiotherapy to be successful and lead to long-term health improvement, it is essential that the patient understands their diagnosis and the importance of movement. Together, we look for ways of successful treatment. I believe that the patient's progress is based on mutual cooperation and understanding, but above all on the patient's will. I like to create tailored strategies and enjoy seeing progress, satisfaction and the joy of returning to daily life, exercise and sport.

For me personally, Movela* is the company whose vision reflects my values and approach to patients.

Orthopaedics has been my hobby almost since I graduated from high school and has been intertwined throughout my life.
In 1996 I was at the birth of the Orthopaedics Clinic in Jablonec nad Nisou and now I am pleased to be at the birth of the Movela Clinic, under the leadership of Robert Švígler MBA, whom I have long appreciated as a good person.
I have diversified my work experience in the field by working as a salesman of orthopaedic implants and as a clinical assistant in major revision surgeries in hospitals across the Czech Republic.

I have been in orthopaedics for more than 20 years.
I was part of the team that was at the birth of Ortopedie Liberec s.r.o. and now I am enthusiastically involved in building the Movela* clinic.
I see the meaning of my work in helping people to return to a full and active lifestyle.
I am empathetic and I pride myself on teamwork because I believe that a cohesive team is the foundation of quality care.
In my spare time, I draw energy from the outdoors or on hikes with my family and dog, which helps me keep a human touch and professional perspective.
I believe that movement is the key to a good life - and my mission is to help people get it back.

MUDr. Pavel Šír
Head of Day Surgery and medical care, orthopaedic surgeon

Until 2012 I was a member of the committee of the Arthroscopic Society of the Czech Republic. I founded one of the first orthopaedic day care facilities in the Czech Republic.

I have been involved in arthroscopic surgery since 1991 and have performed a wide range of orthopaedic procedures, including endoprosthetics of large and small joints. I gained valuable experience abroad - during 7.5 years of work in the Federal Republic of Germany, where I worked in three orthopaedic clinics. I have also completed internships in clinics in Austria and Switzerland.

My surgical focus includes arthroscopic surgery, corrective procedures and minimally invasive procedures.

In my spare time I like cycling, skiing, travelling and exploring mountains in different countries.

I have been practicing orthopedics for almost 20 years. My greatest joy comes from surgery - especially joint replacements and the solution of forefoot deformities. I place great emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration and on modern healthcare that is efficient, humane and accessible to all.

For more than ten years I have been running my own practice ORTOPEDIE Liberec s.r.o., where I have managed to build a team of ten doctors in the field of orthopaedics, rehabilitation medicine and neurology, as well as twelve physiotherapists. Now I am expanding my cooperation with other specialists and I am transferring my experience to the Movela Clinic project.

In my spare time I like to travel and seek climbing challenges. I see them similarly to my job - not giving up, overcoming obstacles and pushing on, on the way to the top.

Ing. Pavlína Housová

I have over 20 years of experience in strategy, HR, leadership, talent development, communications, change management and social responsibility. I entered into the development of a new orthopedic clinic with a vision to collaboratively build a place that combines superior professional care, a human touch, and an innovative environment to work and collaborate.

I believe that innovation is not just about technology, but above all about mindset, culture, and the courage to try new ways and find meaningful solutions. That's why from the very first plans I help to create a team where values, professional quality and personality of each member play a role. I place emphasis on an environment where people feel comfortable, develop their potential and pull together.

I have a track record of implementing change in large corporate and business environments. During my time at Covid I started a travel project with mountain expeditions and events that I led myself - thanks to this I know what leadership looks like in the extreme and how important a team is when the going gets tough.

I have two children and my greatest energy comes from movement, adventurous travel and discovering new challenges in the mountains.

MUDr. Jan Žmolík
Doctor, orthopaedic surgeon

I am an orthopaedic surgeon and head of the arthroscopic team at the Regional Hospital Liberec. Since 2007 I have been specializing in injuries and degenerative diseases of the shoulder and knee joint, and the shoulder is my heart. I gained my experience in Switzerland, Germany and the USA. I have significantly contributed to the introduction of the latest arthroscopic reconstructive procedures in the shoulder area at the orthopaedics department of KN Liberec. I regularly test and improve new surgical techniques at the Arthrex Lab development centre in Munich.

Outside of KN Liberec, I take care of top athletes at Sport Park Medical and Ortopedia-Liberec s.r.o., I also operate at ISCARE and AveClinic clinics in Prague.

I am involved in the education of doctors and physiotherapists in the field of surgery and subsequent rehabilitation (Arthrex Lab Praha Motol, CKP Dobřichovice). I am a member of professional societies CSOT and SSTA.
